Sean’s generous sharing of his wealth of knowledge and insights has guided the Gallery in working through a review of our lifecycle and systems. The insights gained from the Gallery’s time with Sean has given the Gallery the clarity to utilize our strengths and build on our weaknesses.

Sean organized the workshops with lots of discussions, useful slides, information and data collection sheets. His process of including a full team with time for individual takeaways, individual discussions in a team setting, team discussions summarized to a level of team agreement was incredible.

Sean challenged us to think beyond our traditions, yet remained clear in keeping us grounded “in reality” and cognizant about the work needed ahead to realize our Plan.
