We engaged Sean to assist our organization with formulating Strategic Plan to take us forward into the uncertain environment we (and other similar organizations) are in this, the 2nd decade of the 21st century.

From our initial inquiry through to the development of the final plan (soon to be formally adopted by VPM), Sean was enthusiastic, creative, and understanding of our organization’s needs and opportunities. His process, designed to both build a shared sense of purpose and vision among Board members, as well as build a deeper set of relationships and trust, was effective and allowed us to uncover concerns, sense opportunities and renew our commitment to work toward a revitalized vision.

Sean challenged us to think beyond our traditions, yet remained clear in keeping us grounded “in reality” and cognizant about the work needed ahead to realize our Plan.
